How We Work
A well planned project in beginning is the recipe for perfect execution and desired solution. Burgeon Software follows a well defined framework to achieve that the end product meets the client requirements and fulfills the business requirements. So at Burgeon Software, every project goes through the different phases of software development life cycle as depicted and explained below.

SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)- Burgeon Perspective
Planning
We discuss the project with the client and get clarrification for diffrent aspects of their business needs, make recommenmdation, ask queries.
Requirement Analysis
Based on the initial information gathering and discussions, Burgeon Software 'team will analyze the requiredments and prepare a detailed understanding dcument & submit to the client for review. Clint can review and provide feedback, suggest change. So we will getthe final refined list of the project requirements after few iterations.
Design and Devlopment
In design phase we will establish the user interface design for the website. As first step we creat the design for the home page based on the design prefrence refrences received either through the questionnaire we sentor phone call. We present design the design and get the feedback.Once the designed is finalized, we proceed with the designing of the UI for all the diffrent sections of the site and show the complete flow for the site and get the feedback. Once the user interface design flow is approved, we proceed to next step-coding.
Implementation
In this phase coding for the starts. We show the interim demos for the site in progress. During the devlopment period the site deployed on our production server and we provide our clients with access to view the work in progress. So once the programming for all modules is complete, We present the beta version and the project enters the testing phase.
Testing & Integration
Durng the testing phase, the testing team at Burgeon will do the real time testing of the site; evaluation the site for programming bugs, testing for compatibility with popular browsers and evaluate and enhance the site for better user experience (site navigation). We also incorporate any feedback that we receive from the client. Once the site is tested to client satisfaction for deploying the site on lanuching, the client server.
Release
We upload the site to the clients live server and do one round of testing to check against any potential compatibility issues that may arise due to difference in server environments. We also transfer all the source files for the final version for the site to client.
Maintain
Once the site is completely handed over to client, the projects enters the 90 days warranty period.During this period we will take care of any potential programming bugs that may have sneaked through the testing the phase.
